By MLMAbsolute

In networking business, you need to network with people. The best way to maintain contact with people online is through Email Marketing. You can use it for many purposes; appreciation for joining/ purchasing, product updates, promotional updates.

The invent of online Network Marketing created a gap in the personal touch in marketing. You need to fill up the gap to succeed in Network Marketing

Before you can contact your customers, you need to have their contact. Doing business online, the main contact information is usually the Email address. You can collect email addresses through your website through a squeeze page or opt-in page. The main advantage is that the leads are targeted.

These targeted leads will make up your future sale. They have seen your website, expressed their interest, but have not purchased. So you take their contact and update them of your company, new products, or promotions. This helps them to remember you, like how people think of Pizza Hut when they think of pizzas.

In order to maximize the results of your Email Marketing Campaign, you need to do more than just sending them information. There are more things to take note when you start your Email Marketing Campaign.

Email Pro

Take note of some points in order to make your emails professional.

- Who is it from?

You need to identify yourself in your email address so people will be less reluctant to open your email. Use emails that shouts your identity e.g. sales@yourcompany.com. Such emails can be created very easily as most hosting plans give you free emails under your website URL.

The next factor that you should pay attention to is your subject line. Your subject must have the power to make people interested in your email. As a rule, keep it under 50 words.

- Message text

In the Main body in your email, quickly identify yourself, and proceed to the main purpose of the email. If someone referred them to you, state the source of referral. Limit the use of fanciful pictures, make your email look professional, unless you have a special style you portray in your website, keep it professional.

Improve conversion of your Emails

An effective email is more likely to increase traffic to your website. It also increases the returns on effort (that is for scripting the email). Here is 6 golden rules to make your email more effective;

- Brand

You need to brand yourself or the company in order to make people remember you. Good examples of branding are; The Rich Jerk, Success University, and many more. Stick with the brand image you created, and use it consistently in every email you send out. Put your Brand in the subject line, so people can recognize you instantly.

- Honesty

Be honest in your subject line. Don't trick them to opening the email with misleading or false information. Be cautioned that it is a requirement to state accurate subject line.

- Instill sense of urgency

In order to make readers take action, you have to instill a sense of urgency in them to take action. Use time sensitive words like "Buy Now, While Stocks Last, Limited time, For first 100 sign ups only".

- Entice them

To further entice them to read our email, you can also give them some benefite to do so. Everybody likes free stuffs. Include a gift in your subject line to entice them to open the email. Some examples are; Get your free E-Book, Redeem your free trial, etc...

- Know your limits

Do not use too many bold, capital letters, bright colors, and punctuations( !!!!) in your text. It makes your text very confusing and distracting. But worst of all is that, the email filters may classify it as SPAM.

- K.I.S.S Keep It Short and Sweet.

Don't try to put in tonnes of information and updates in one email. Keep it short and sweet, focusing on the main points only. Practice your own discretion when writing emails to your audience and purpose of message.
