Free Classifieds and The Connections that They Make

By Alex Wu

There is a new way to place a classified ad, and it is on the Internet and it is free. You cannot beat free in today's world. If you want to make a little money by selling things that you no longer need or use, place a free classified ad. If you have some cute little puppies or kittens to give away or sell, post a free classified ad on the Internet.

If you have a service to offer the public such as house painting or landscaping you can advertise locally online for free and get jobs. If you are a web designer, photographer or writer or offer any others home based service, you can advertise in the free classifieds.

If you are looking for work you can place a free classified ad stating what kind of work you are looking for along with your experience, qualifications, and degrees or certifications you hold. Then when an employer starts looking they can tell at a glance if they would like to see your resume, and this can lead you to a job.

Work is hard to find in today's economy, but you can place an ad looking for work. You can post your qualifications and area that you live in, as well as posting an online resume for prospective employers to look at. This is free to you, and you may just find the right job.

Free classified ad websites are becoming the big thing on the Internet. You can post most anything, and you can do it freely. You have no costs like on E-bay to sell and item. You can get special features if you want by paying an extra charge like placing a picture with your ad, or posting in bold print or other features.

If you plan to use the free classified websites then you should sign up for an e-mail account just to use for those ads. This will keep unwanted mail and spam out of your main account. You do not want to post your main e-mail account on the Internet for all to see. You can answer any incoming queries about your ads using the account set up for that purpose.

When placing your free classified ad be sure to be detailed in your descriptions of items. Put the condition of the item, the size of the item and any other pertinent information that a buyer might want to know. You should have an e-mail account set up just for your classified ads; it saves you from your main e-mail account being put on the Internet.

Employers make sure to post a job description, years of experience needed, and any other qualifications that the job requires. It is also a good idea to post the average salary being offered and if there are any benefits offered with the position. These ads tend to get looked at first by people seeking employment. This is the perfect way to connect to the people that you are looking for to fill that position at your company.
