Movie reviews For Movie Fans

By Tutte Feast

It wasn't that long ago that a trip to the corner video shop was the most convenient way to get a movie. The next generation it seems will be getting their movies from movie downloads, avoiding any trips to the store. Following is list of a few movies that you can get using a movie download site.

South Park: Bigger, Longer And Uncut: Our dynamic four are in top form in the first feature length film of the TV series. There is a new movie at the theater, a Terrence and Phillips film, and the boys are off to see it. When they arrive at the theater they can't get in because of the R rating. They overcome this obstacle by paying off a street drunk to get the tickets for them. This is the boy's first real intense introduction to foul language. They leave the movie fully trained in the new words, and use them whenever they can. This leads to outrage from the parents. Since Terrence and Phillip are Canadian, this ends with the US and Canada going to war.

Point Break: Johnny Utah, a rookie FBI agent, goes undercover, as a surfer, to infiltrate a suspicious group of surfers that might be responsible for a string of bank heists. He is taken in by the group, and learns the life of a surfer. When it's time will Johnny Utah be able to take these criminals down.

The General's Daughter: This is a complex murder mystery starring John Travolta and James Woods. The daughter of a highly decorated General has been murdered. Solving the crime will lead some unsavory discoveries.

Field Of Dreams: Ray Kinsella, a poor Iowa corn farmer, hears voices. He is given a message that tells him to build a baseballs field in his fields. Going broke, and looking crazy he builds his baseball field, and by some miracle it saves him.

Double Impact: 25 years ago, in Hong Kong, 6 months old twins Alex and Chad lose their parents when they are murdered by the Chinese mob. If it wasn't for the efforts of Frank Avery, the kids would be dead too. Now, for the first time since that night, the boys are reunited. With the help of Frank they now pursue the one man that got away from the scene. They want two things, to avenge the death of their parents, and to recover the family riches.

Twister: A huge storm system is sweeping across the mid west. Two sets of scientists, the leaders with a history of conflict, are both trying to be the first one to get sophisticated scientific data from a monster sized tornado. To get these readings, they must launch a device inside the storm that will then give off valuable reading to study these powerful weather conditions. This means getting dangerously close to these dangerous tornados.

Blank Check: Mobster Carl Quigley almost kills young Preston when he runs over his bike. Wanting to just pay the kid off, he gives him a check. The problem is he gave Preston a blank check. Preston makes the check out for $1 million dollars and cashes it. Mow Quigley sees what has happened and want his money back. Can Preston avoid Quigley and his goons?

Rush Hour 3: The Triads, the worlds most power crime syndicate, are trying to keep their identities a secret. Ambassador Han has information that will identify the leaders of the syndicate. He is silenced by a hit man's bullet, and Carter (Chris Tucker) and Lee (Jackie Chan) are back in action trying to unravel the mystery.

Eddie: Basketball nut Edwina 'Eddie' Franklin is a diehard New York Knick fan. She knows everything about the team; players, coaches, statistics, and how they play. In last place, the Knick seem to be a hopeless team. One night at a game Eddie is picked from the crowd to shoot a free throw. If she makes it she can coach the team for one game. She makes the shot, and is living a dream come true. What happens next is even more incredible. The owner offers her the job for the rest of the season.
