Approximately half of your total body magnesium is found in your bones and the other half is distributed throughout cells of your body tissues and organs.

Not all nutrients are absorbed in your body easily. Here are a few easy ways for absorption of magnesium in your body. Magnesium supplement in combination with Vitamin C will help in easier absorption.

Omega 3 is lacking in most diets and aids in the body by stopping inflammation and reduces allergies. It also aids in healthy function of cells that relate to the brain and nerves.

There are many supplements that can be purchased and each has a different function to aid with health in the body and mind. These supplements can be vitamins, antioxidants, minerals, flavonoids and enzymes.

Natural health supplements and vitamins can be used not only to promote good health but also to combat things like allergies. They are also combatants against bone loss, the effects of aging and other health concerns.

The daily intake of calcium differs from person to person but an average intake of 1000 mg is at least necessary. Hence, people who are deficient in calcium can take calcium supplements.

Bathing in Epsom salts will also help you to absorb magnesium better. In addition, while you are trying so hard to retain the magnesium in your body, cut down on cold drinks as they contain phosphorus, which reduces the magnesium levels in your body.

Magnesium and Osteoporosis:Magnesium deficiency may be a risk factor for osteoporosis4 because magnesium deficiency alters calcium metabolism and the hormones that regulate calcium. Several human studies have suggested that supplementing with magnesium can improve your bone mineral density.

However, magnesium fails to be included in the general diet of people today. When this happens, magnesium deficiency disorder happens which could lead to a host of other health complications.

Magnesium also helps facilitate a healthy heart. If one has normal magnesium intake, heart rhythm is not a problem and blood clots are prevented. These factors combine to produce a healthy blood pressure level and reduced risk of heart complications.
