Web promotion company uSociali have announced an early launch of their Twitter UK and global marketing services, which were initially due to be released at the end of May. The company will launch two new services for Twitter in total, one giving everyone the ability to purchase packages of followers which will be added to their accounts, the second being an advertising package allowing marketers to instantly have their services marketed to uSocials already-established base of followers which they claim is over 12,000 strong and growing by around 1,000 per day.
