World Ventures Compensation Plan: No Wonder People are Frustrated

By Ellie Gant

The World Ventures compensation plan needs to be re-worked so regular people can understand it. Even though it is 24 pages long, it is still horribly complicated. Their compensation plan is based on the recruiting of other people to sell the products, as well as pay based on travel booked through a member's website.

World Ventures has people pay a one time fee, followed with a smaller monthly fee. When certain sales numbers are acheived, this fee is waived. But with the confusing compensation structure, good luck knowing if you've met the sales requirements. This is one reason so many people run the other way when someone mentions MLM.

Affiliate marketing with websites is not as difficult as MLM. You get money every time someone buys an affiliate product or service through your website. You can even get paid for months from one sale, if that sale is from a product or service that has a monthly membership fee.

Internet marketing is making some people very rich. It is a skill most people can learn, if they are willing to put in the time. There are a few ways people learn internet marketing.

1. They try to learn on their own. They hunt through the internet, read some books, and then take a stab at things all alone. People who are self taught are often frustrated, and they miss plenty of money making opportunities simply because they haven't yet figured things out.

2. Get a four year degree in marketing. It's a slow process, and they get to take plenty of non-marketing related courses to fill the school's graduation requirements.

3. Enroll in an online marketing training company. The students can learn as quickly or as slowly as they need to. They can also study at night while working a full time job.

Don't mess around with something as messed up as the World Ventures compensation plan. Instead go with a program that will teach you real marketing skills that you can use in any way you desire. No selling stuff to family members, and no recruiting. Just learning how to sell and getting paid for selling other people's products. Get the education, and you will go farther than MLM could ever take you.
