To tackle the ill-effects they must reduce the calorie in their food, follow a healthy diet, exercise frequently and sleep well.

We must follow some of the basic health rules like eating healthy, exercising at regular intervals, taking proper rest, etc. Additionally, you must keep away from a few things to make sure you have a healthy body. Certain common things to be avoided are junk food, calorie-rich food, smoking, drinking, intake of caffeine and stress.
