Frbiz.com Reports Chinese Coal Firms Dig For Investment Opportunities Amid Merger Campaign

Zhang Jian has changed from being owner of a coal mine in north China's Shanxi Province to a shareholder of China's largest coal mining firm, Shanxi Coking Coal Group Co. Ltd..

An order from the National Development and Reform Commission in September required the country's top coal producing province to close about 1,600 of its 2,600 mines by the end of 2010 through mergers and reorganizations.

The plan is that each coal mining companies would have an annual production of at least 3 million tons and each mine would produce at least 900,000 tons in order to end the province's reputation for pollution and fatal mining accidents.By the end of 2010, all 1,000 coal mines in Shanxi should be mechanized, the commission said.

Zhang's mine in Zuoquan County had an annual production capacity of 300,000 tonnes, so it was targeted for takeover. "As a shareholder, I retain a 35-percent share in the mine, which is to be developed so it has an annual output of more than 1million tons," said Zhang. He said the merger process has been supervised by the provincial government, which had conducted an evaluation of the mine's assets.

"The coal mining sector, which helped start the company, has been badly affected by the economic downturn since last year. It was our investment in tourism that has enabled us withstand the crisis," said Wang.

The company began to diversify 10 years ago. It has invested more than 2 billion yuan to develop Mianshan Mountain in Shanxi into a tourist attraction, which turned in revenues of almost 150 million yuan in the first half year.

"About 500 coal mining firms have invested an estimated 12 billion yuan in tourism," said Ji Zhenfang, director of the Shanxi Tourism Bureau. Agriculture had also attracted private coal mining firms, said Sun Lianzhu, director of the Shanxi Agriculture Bureau. He said coal firms had invested about 6.8 billion yuan in the farm produce processing sector.

More private investment could be expected to flow to industrial farming and urban-rural integration projects, as many coal firms looked for good investment projects.

Li Baoqing, head of the Shanxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission, said the provincial government planned to open big government projects worth 650 billion yuan to private investors in the next two years to help direct private investment in building infrastructure, and developing public transportation and facilities.

Du Fuxing, chairman of the Shanxi Coking Coal Group Co. Ltd., said Shanxi had more than 5,000 coal mines back in the'90s. "Under the circumstances, the more coal we produced, the less money we earned. The resource has been coarsely exploited," he said.

According to the provincial coal industry bureau small mines with an annual production of less than 300,000 tons produced 70 percent of Shanxi's coal, and less than 30 percent of Shanxi mines in Shanxi were mechanized. "Small coal mines have low recovery rate in mining.

They waste 4 tonnes of coal for every tone they extract," said Ding Jigang, an official of the provincial coal industry department. He said the annual waste of coal resources in Shanxi was estimated at 1.4 billion tons. The industry consolidation would help improve mining technology and make better use of the resources.

Step 1

In step 1, you want to be brutally honest with yourself as to where you are right now, in this exact moment. I don't mean, "laying in bed" or "on the computer", I mean what are you FEELING right now, how are you experiencing your life and your situations?

It is prime time to be absolutely honest with you and find out where you are standing now. It doesn't mean, "hey I am laying in my bed" or something.

You will have to admit to yourself that "hey, I have been doing this for a year now and I have actually lost $6000 to date, whoa, that stinks."

Be completely honest with yourself and FEEL how it feels to be at your POINT A, this is your starting point.

Step 2

Step 2

Now comes the fun part. In this second step for using law of attraction for the success of your online, MLM or home based business, I urge you to "Imagine" how your life will turn out when you are successful.

In this step of the practical application of the Law Of Attraction for your Online and MLM home business, we begin with the analytical. I would like you to write ten (10) incantations or affirmations. These affirmations MUST be put in the present tense. And, most importantly, I want you to begin with the words "I am", end them with the word "NOW."

Allow me to give you an example:

"I am an extraordinary leader in my MLM home business NOW!" "I am a MONEY MAGNET now"! "I am an amazing husband/wife to my husband/wife now!" "I am healthy, wealthy, and LOVE my life NOW!" "I am the owner of a new 2009 Mercedes Benz 500 class NOW" "I am making $250,000 of income in my MLM home business now!"

Now, take a paper and pen down 10 affirmations or incantations and everything MUST be in present tense only. You have to start writing those statements with the words "I am" and end them all with "NOW".

I will give you an illustration:

When you have prepared yourself to ask for your dreams, the universe will get to you and give you what you want.

While writing down your affirmations, don't contain yourself. Have fun and include all exciting things you want to do. DREAM about everything you WANT that makes your life happier. Never settle down for smaller things when you write. Make it more specific stating the amount of money you want to earn and don't simply say I am earning more.

We have now come to the final step to put law of attraction to good use for your online MLM home business. You can gear up your business using the law of attraction only if you apply this final step with perfection.

Step 4

I want you to write out five (5) things that you are grateful for. Let me give you an example of what I do:

"I am so grateful for the love of my amazing wife now!" "I am so grateful for my father, mother, sister and all my amazing friends and family now!" "I am so grateful for having nourishing food to eat now!" "I am so grateful for the opportunity to make huge income with my online MLM home business now!"

"I am so grateful to have a wonderful spouse NOW!" "I am so grateful for everyone in my family and each of my friends who extend their amazing love NOW!" "I am so grateful to be blessed with nutritious food NOW!" "I am so grateful for having found the greatest opportunity that brings me huge profits with my online MLM home business NOW!"

The most important thing with the final gratitude step is that you have to FEEL everything for yourself. Don't use paragraph fillers, but write out of your heart. Its ok to cry when you want to express your gratitude because your LIFE is absolutely yours.

Set the intention, let tears of gratitude stream down your face if you feel it. It's ok, this is YOUR life. I know when I do this exercise, I am so overcome with emotion that regularly, my eyes will swell with tears of incredible gratitude for my amazing life, and everything that I was negative about previously seems to melt away.

Ok, let's summarize how you can apply the Law of Attraction for your Online or MLM home business today, step by step and actually experience immediate results. By the way, this is a practice you want to do every day. Once a day is fine, or, even better, first thing in the morning and the last thing before sleeping.

This exercise and steps I have told you must be practiced everyday. You can practice the exercise once a day. If you want to know my experience, I do this exercise once in the morning after I am awake and once at night before I fall asleep.

Then, write down 10 positive things you are fond of and don't forget to start the list with "I am" and end with "Now".

The final step is to express your gratitude for 5 different things and read them aloud.

I strongly urge you to put this into practice immediately for whatever dreams or desires you may have. This is the same process that I use personally and it is what I teach all my mentor students who come into my Online mentoring program. Why? It works.

The meeting unanimously passed the Articles of Wafangdian Bearing Industry Association and Regulations on Membership Fee Collection and Application. It also approved the candidate list of 1st council members and selected the candidates for the standing committee of the 1st council. The meeting produces a list of chairperson and vice-chairperson as well as secretary-general. Lu Zhenghui was elected as the chairperson and other 11 members were elected as the vice-chairpersons. Song Mingzhen was elected as the secretary-general.

The 1st council unanimously approved Cheng Shiji, Chairperson of the Standing Committee of Wafangdian Municipal People's Congress; Liu Yinghua, chairperson of Wafangdian Municipal CPPCC; Zhengbin, Vice-mayor of Wafangdian People's Government; Wang Lushun, Board Chairman of Wafangdian Bearing Group as honorary chairpersons of the Wafangdian Bearing Industry Association.

Wang Quanqing, Secretary-general of China Bearing Industry Association made an important speech on the meeting. He highly appreciated the significant role of Wafangdian's bearing industry in Equipment Manufacturing and expressed his wishes that the Wafangdian Bearing Industry Association would keep an open attitude and attract more affiliated organizations, making contributions to its members.

At the end of the meeting, Zheng Bin, Vice-mayor of Wafangdian Municipal Government made an important speech. Wafangdian, as the origin place of the bearing industry in China, leads the industry for the past 71 years and creates many No.1s, making outstanding contributions to the bearing industry and national defense.

Following the task deployments of the Jilin Provincial Government and Dalian Municipal Government, we aim to establish a biggest bearing manufacturing base in China with an international reputation.
