The children will need to be kept happy and engaged as well as just safe, and this too can be a challenge for some people. Regular activities will need to be offered which can stretch the imagination. Involving all of the children in those activities can be even harder, especially if some decide that they want to do something else. Your home will need to be large enough to offer the space needed for the children to play, potentially to nap, and to house all of the activities that you arrange.

Discipline and your own demeanor are another important consideration. If you are prone to losing your temper, or are unable to handle discipline in a calm and level manner whilst following the instructions of the child's parents, you would not be suited to this line of work.

Time Management For Working Mums - Your Guide To Keeping Your Baby Happy While You Run A Home Business Successfully

I decided to try and tackle to the home business world when my first baby was only about 9 months old. I had actually tried to go back to my previous career a few months prior, but it was just a horrible experience for us both. Looking back I now realise I hadn't even gotten the hang of being a mum yet, let alone throw a high pressure job back into the mix. What was I thinking? Anyway, I learned a great lesson from all of that and that is to take your time and find a situation you and your baby are going to be comfortable with.

Now, I love being able to spend time with my little girl and earn money from home. My husband was also pretty impressed when the money started coming in, but it didn't always run so smoothly.

Sometimes in the beginning I struggled to do all that I wanted to do in one day. Such as keep the baby happy, do some housework, cooking, answering emails and then keep clients happy! Occasionally I questioned myself as to why I was actually doing all this.

So, I took a step back and started talking to some other successful work-at-home mums and asked them how they are managing to be a Super-Mum? And you know what the answer was from all of them? I'M NOT! . But they also had another common theme - Good Time Management.

Now remembering I had only been a Mum for less than a year, so perhaps to many of you this is not so surprising, and I guess it wasn't totally a shock for me either, but it just hadn't occurred to me that it was as simple as organising my day like I once did at work. So here's what I did from that day onwards:

1. I wrote a daily plan of action - with the assumption that this plan would be VERY FLEXIBLE. At least that's one thing I had learned since becoming a mum, you need to be flexible and not get too stressed if you're late, not dressed correctly or have a bit of vomit on your new jumper. Anyway, babies actually do like routine, so once you start getting into the swing of things you'll find you'll be happier and calmer and so will the bubba.

2. Next thing to do it set a goal for how many hours you'd liek to work each day. You may have to adjust this as you settle into a routine. I aim for 4-5 hours a day spread out over day and night, but only for 4 days a week, but often that will spread out to 5 days. Think about maybe a relative like your Mum or mother in-law who will act as a babysitter once or twice a week for a few hours.

3. My average day looks like this:

8am - 11:30am The mornings are pretty cruisy just getting dressed, having breakfast, doing some chores around the house and playing. I may check some emails and check the diary for the day, but I'll leave the more serious work for later.

11:30 - 1:30pm This is my most productive work time most days because my daughter sleeps. I try and stay focused at the task at hand and leave any unfinished housework or cooking etc. as this is purely WORK TIME.

1:30pm - 4:30pm STOP WORK and focus on the baby again! Try and do something worthwhile and enjoy your time together. Get out of the house and go shopping and the park or visit some friends.

4:30pm - 5:30pm Afternoon naps can sometimes be 30 minutes and if I'm lucky 1 hour. In this time I go back into my office and check emails and do anything that can be done relatively quickly. I never start big projects at this time.

5:30pm - 7:30pm This is an interesting part of the day! It's screaming time! ... bath-time, dinner-time (for kids, animals and adults) and sleep-time ... aaahhhh!

7:30pm Onwards: A couple of night's a week when it's quiet and my husband goes to the gym I like to do a few extra hours of work on my business.

If my days don't go to plan, I just focus on the good things that did happen that day. Was it that I was able to watch my gorgeous little girl having an awesome time on the swings? Or was I in fits of laughter while she chased the cat around the house all while throwing clothes everywhere.

I honestly believe the online world has been a blessing for Mums in particular. It's helps us be able to reach that ever elusive life balance. Without it many of us would go back to work and grumble while we worked for crappy money and an ungrateful boss, but now we're able to earn amazing money all while being able to experience priceless moments with our gorgeous family. Learning Photoshop - You Won't Struggle With David Peters

Want to add some metal and ink to people in your family, well read this: Press SHIFT+M and cycle through the marquee tools until you come to the circle (alright, elliptical marquee tool) . Once that's selected, you'll see some options at the top of the canvas. In the drop down list next to Style, choose 'Fixed Aspect Ratio'. This of course gives us a perfectly round circle selection every time. Go ahead and drag one out now. Not too big, though. Good. Now we need to go Select-Modify- Border. A screen pops up asking you how many pixels wide you want it to be. I put 3 here. Now we need to put something in it. Stop! Before we fill it with color, we have to make a new layer (CRTL+SHIFT+N). Now press SHIFT +F5 to bring up the Fill screen, and from the drop down menu choose '50% grey'. We don't need the selection now, so CRTL+D to deselect. Now a round circle isn't going to be very realistic. What we need to do now is distort it a bit. Press CRTL+T to enter transform mode, then right-click and choose 'Distort' from the menu. Now play around moving the handlebars around the square. Good. We could now just take the eraser tool and get rid of that bit in the middle. A better way, though, is to use a mask. At hte bottom of the layers panel you'll see a little grey rectangle with a white circle in it. Click it and our layer gets a brother. The foreground/background colors also change to black and white. Now if we paint black, it will take away the ring, and if we then paint white, it will bring back what we painted black. Just to the left of the mask icon on the layers panel, you will see as well the Layer Style icon. Click it now and from the list that springs down, choose 'Bevel and Emboss'. This is pops up another screen with lots of options on it. We don't need to change anything for now, though. You will also see that our ring is updated in real time, so we can see the results straight away. To give it more highlights and make it shinier, hit the 'Gloss Contour' box. Another screen pops up where you can alter the mapping. Just click and drag the black line until it is like the example.

Photo retouching is sometimes quite important to your photo. You can change your photo to black and white, take out some unwanted acne, fix a blurry line. Well, here are some instructions on how to sharpen your image. Start by opening your image Duplicate the background layer by pressing control+j. Press shift+control+u to desaturate the layer. Go to filter - thers - high pass and give these values, Radius of 0.4 pixels. Press control+l to open levels. Finally, change this layer's mode from normal to overlay. If you find excessive sharpening then reduce the opacity of this layer. You now have sharper image and it works on almost any image.

Gradient maps can help your coloring on Photo manipulations a lot. They can be used to help blend things in and to make the colors in things the same. So you should have the same picture from the section Textures open. Okay now looking at you textures picture. You might think. My textures don't really blend in well with my face. So I am going to show you how to blend those in better using gradient maps. So I want you to decide what you want your face to look like (mainly color wise). So to make my textures blend in more I start off by going to Image - Adjustments - Gradient Map. Since I want a green picture I am going to pick a green/yellow gradient map. Then I am going to set it on soft light. After I put the opacity down a bit. Then I added a black and white gradient map. I did this because I wanted to make the picture a bit darker. I left the black and white gradient map on normal and set it on around 50% opacity. It will get rid of a bit of the color but thats what the green and yellow gradient maps were for (they were to add color so it didnt look really bland when we added the black and white one). Here is my picture after adding gradient maps.

There is only two things you have too know about the ExtendScript Toolkit program right now: Select target application, ExtendScript must know which application you are writing the script for. In the top left drop down menu select Adobe Photoshop CS2 and if asked if you want top start it choose yes. In the Layers Palette, adjust the opacity to lighten or darken the grid.

A way to make a whole palette from the three colors is not extremely difficult. Open a new canvas, does not really matter the size, but keep it no smaller than 468x60. Click on the gradient tool on the left tool bar. Go into the Gradient Editor, by clicking on the colored gradient on the top toolbar. Place the darkest of the three colors on one side, the lightest on the other, and the mid tone in the middle. Keep the opacity at 100%. Press Ok, then click-drag a horizontal line across the canvas. You can use the eye drop tool to take the color from this canvas and color the skin of your project. Now that we have a pallet of color, we have to understand the effects of lighting on skin. It's a very simple concept, but understanding it is necessary to shading skin. As any matter, the brighter the light, the lighter the highlight and the darker the shadow. The dimmer the light, the difference between the light and the shadow decreases. The shadow cast by it is also affected by the light and darkness. The color of light affects it in the same way. If the light is green, it will have a green tint to the skin. If it is a small light, such as a lamp, a smaller portion of the skin will be that color, instead of affecting the whole skin. As stated before, most matter is affected the same way as this.

I have interviewed many medical billing candidates from many medical billing schools and I do not find that the education makes the individual a more attractive candidate than other inexperienced candidates.

The majority of graduates we do hire start in our apprenticeship program - a position they could have obtained without a medical billing school investment. They start out alongside other apprentices that have no experience and no formal training in medical billing.

The terminology and concepts taught in medical billing school no more prepare a person to be a full fledged medical biller than reading a book on how to drive a car prepares one for the challenges of actually driving a car - it is practice behind the wheel that is required. The academic elements can be helpful - just like supplementing practice behind the wheel with a manual on safe driving makes sense. Unfortunately, however, this is only true if the academic material is accurate. I have found that often students have been damaged by medical billing schools that either teach incorrect medical billing concepts or leave the students with a sense that they have nothing left to learn.

Almost without exception, the best way to break into medical billing is to find a medical billing service or a physician practice that will allow you to execute basic medical billing tasks such as verifying insurance or calling on claims to find their status.

Both of these activities give individuals a solid base for launching a medical billing career. They provide the individual with both a grounds up understanding of the building blocks of medical billing and a real medical billing job on their resume.

Finding a company that will allow you to start with these basic medical billing tasks may take a bit more effort than applying to medical billing school, but in the end you will have better medical billing skills, have a better resume and earn money while you learn the medical billing craft.

The certified coder that does not already have medical billing experience is typically hard pressed to find a coding position. Once, however, your have medical billing experience you can get real value from a certified coder certificate.

Configuring Dreamweaver's Preview In Browser Preferences

As you work on your web pages in Adobe Dreamweaver, you will often need to review them in a web browser. Conveniently, Dreamweaver allows you to configure as many browsers as you would like to see use for previewing. You can specify a first browser as your primary, or preferred, browser; you can then choose a secondary browser and as many additional browsers as you like.

Naturally, the first step in this procedure is to ensure that all the browser software is installed on your computer. Next, on Windows, go to the Edit menu and choose Preferences; on a Macintosh, go to the Dreamweaver menu and choose Preferences.

The various categories are displayed on the left of the Preferences window. Choose the Preview in Browser category. You may have already configured a browser as your primary browser and possibly another as your secondary. If you wish to change this, simply click on the appropriate checkboxes to specify which is which.

To add other browsers, just click on the plus sign (+), navigate to the browser software and double-click to open it. You can repeat this procedure as many times as you need to.

To preview a page using one of your configured browsers, use the Preview icon (the globe). This is located on the Document toolbar which is normally displayed at the top of the document window. From the Preview drop-down menu, choose the browser that you'd like to use. You can also make use of the keyboard shortcuts: to preview using your primary browser, Shift-F12 on Windows or option-F12 on a Macintosh; to preview using the secondary browser, Control-F12 on Windows or Command-F12 on a Macintosh. Alternatively, you can simply choose the name of any other browser.

Once you've had a good look at the preview, to return to Dreamweaver, just close the browser window.

It is also possible that sometimes you'd like to preview pages without saving the changes you've made to your document. Dreamweaver makes this easy but, first, let's have a look at what normally happens when you preview a file that has been modified.

Dreamweaver throws up a dialogue box asking us if we'd like to save the changes. If you choose "No", it gives us a preview of the last version that you saved rather than the version that you're currently working on, If we choose "Yes", Dreamweaver saves your changes before previewing the file. This can often be inconvenient, since you may not be ready to save your changes.

If you'd like to be able to preview a file at any time without saving your changes, return to your Browser Preview category of Dreamweaver's Preferences and activate the option "Preview Using Temporary File". When this option is activated, Dreamweaver will create a temporary file containing the latest version of your document and then opens it in the browser. When the browser window opens, you will notice that the file name does not correspond to the name of your document it a temporary file name generated by Dreamweaver.
