5. Is a PDF available? - I find it extremely useful to be able to study for the CCNA exam while traveling. When doing this I usually don't want to bring along the whole book. For this reason, the ability to print out a portion of the book from the electronic PDF is very useful.

Truth be told, though I originally started my blog as an extension of the business and it still is, technically, I view it more as my ministry and outreach. I spend so much of my time dedicated to business things that my blog is more my "creative outlet." Although it has brought in quite a bit of revenue, especially now that I have paid advertising on it (only because I was asked to do so), I haven't actively tried to make it revenue-producing. I just enjoy blogging, that's why I do it!

1. Read Blog by Hugh Hewitt. Excellent book for those just getting started with blogging.

2. Link, link, link. Link in your sidebar and link in your posts. One thing which has been very effective in my blogging is to have a part on my sidebar which lists "blogs that link here" (of course, you want to wait until you have a couple to list!). Then, put at the bottom that if someone links to your blog, to let you know and you will add them to the list. Basically all the blogs that I have listed, are from people writing to tell me they have linked to me! I really didn't

3. Have a targeted subject. (I don't do a good job of following this one, I'm way too eclectic. Maybe I should re-name my blog "The Eclectic Blog"?)

4. Update regularly.

5. Provide helpful, interesting content. At least occasionally write about "hot" topics or current events. Search the top ten list on Technorati to find out what's being blogged about most. If you have good content, once people find you, they will want to stick around and become regular readers.

The Like Kind Exchange has a provisional nature of the U.S. tax code, which is widely used by large companies. Simply put what you can do is to take a business or assets and to sell and buy another, or exchange it for another that is similar, without having to pay the tax or responsibility for the consequences of the first sale of the business or assets.

You have to turn around and buy the new assets or property within 180 days of the first sale of the property or assets to enjoy the Like Kind Exchange tax.

The term is quite flexible in the definition of the IRS tax code, and it said that to be considered the Like Kind Exchange and we quote the code here, where it said that "the nature of the character of the property and not to its grade or quality."

It is a major reason that large enterprises enjoy the Like Kind Exchange. It allows them a method to circumvent the payment of certain amounts of tax by the postponement of the line, creating a sort of tax shelter program so that you can work more or less to cope with your own.

The single most common factor that causes many currency traders to blow up their accounts and lose all their money is greed. You start taking unnecessary risks when you get greedy. You will spend many hours trying to find the Holy Grail technical indictor or a forex robot that can make you rich. You will believe that by discovering that secret, you will become rich.

Unfortunately there is no Holy Grail for anyone in trading. You will win and you will lose. So you must learn not to risk more than 2% of your account on one trade. Grow your account incrementally over time. Never ever be tempted to risk big making one single winning trade that can make you rich.

You should know how much you are willing to risk in a single trade. I said 2%. But if you want to be aggressive you can go up to 5% but stay between 2-5%. Dont exceed it. If you are conservative, on the other hand, you should consider risking between 1-2% only.

Once you have decided on the risk level you are going to take, knowing the rest is simple for you. Suppose you have a $50,000 account and you decide on a risk level of 2% for a single trade. How much you can risk on a single trade? You can only risk (50,000) (0.02) =$1,000, this is the maximum you should risk on a single trade.

However, if you are in more than one trade at the same time, the amount may be higher. Suppose, you are in 3 trades and you risk only $1,000 per trade. So the total amount at risk will be $3,000. Once you have determined your risk level, you are ready to determine the trade size.

Trade size is the number of currency pair contracts you purchase in any one single trade. You need to first determine where you want to put your stop loss in order to determine the trade size. Lets use a simple example to make it clear and suppose you are willing to risk $1000 on trading EUR/USD pair. You decide on a stop loss of 50 pips. Each pip on EUR/USD pair is equal to $10, so the number of contracts that you can trade are 2= (1,000)/ (50) (10).

By calculating your trade size, you have taken the guesswork out of your trading once you have determined your risk level. You can sleep well now. You know how much of your money is at risk. You are going to be able to trade tomorrow. No matter what happens today.

Creating Table in FileMaker Pro

FileMaker Pro is well-known for its ease of use. However, if you plan on using this program to create a valid database solution, it is important that you resist the temptation to dive straight in and spend some time planning your database. Only then can you be sure that the database management system (DBMS) you end up creating will be fit for purpose.

One of the first operations in the process of database design is the specification of tables and the columns they contain. Basically, your database will be a repository of related data which will allow you to retrieve this information in a useful fashion. At a very early stage in the design process, you need to identify each individual piece of information that is important for you. The information will almost certainly fall into different groups or categories. When you come to build your database, each of these separate categories will become a table.

Tables are made up of rows and columns, just like an Excel worksheet. Columns are known as fields; rows are known as records. A very simple database may contain only one table; but this is very rare; most databases need several tables, each containing information relating to one aspect of the overall system. It is important to ensure that you don't simply bundle information relating to different aspects of the project into the same table when designing your DBMS since this will lead to duplication and loss of data integrity.

Version 1 and 2 of FileMaker forced users to save all information in one table. It was only with the release of FileMaker 3 in 1995 that the program offered the use of multiple tables. In its current release, version 10, FileMaker automatically creates your first table for you whenever you create a new database. The table will have the same name as the database itself and contain no fields. Your first step will usually be to rename this table and define the fields you wish it to contain. To rename a table, activate the Tables tab in the Define Database dialogue, click on the current name, enter a new one and then click the Change button.

To create fields, go to the Fields tab in the Define database dialogue, enter the name of each of the fields that you want the table to contain, specify the data type of the field (Text, Number, Date, etc.) then click the Create button. Always ensure that you include a primary key field in each table you create. This will be used to define relationships between the various tables in your database solution. To create a primary field, just enter a name, set the field type to number then click Create. Next, click the Options button and in the Auto-Enter tab, switch on the option "Serial Number". Finally, in the Validate tab, switch on the options "Not Empty" and "Unique Value".

You can use the techniques described in this article whenever you have a group of images whose content are at the core of the presentation you need to create. One example might be giving a presentation to introduce a new range of products based around a series of product photos.

You begin by choosing New from the File menu which displays the New Presentation task pane on the right of your screen. In the New Presentation task pane window, you click on the option marked "Photo Album".

Clicking on the Photo Album option displays a window in which you begin by choosing the images required for your presentation. Just click on the button labelled File/Disk and select the images. Alternatively, click on Camera/Scanner and load the images directly from your scanner or digital camera.

Your images are imported and listed in alphabetical order. This is almost certainly not the order in which you want them to appear in your presentation. So the next step is to rearrange them by clicking on the arrow icons to move selected images up or down in the list. You can also remove images from the list by clicking the name of the image and clicking the Remove button.

Next, you can check the tonal quality of each image. You can increase or decrease the brightness or contrast as necessary by just clicking on one of the four image control icons. In addition, you can rotate images clockwise or anti-clockwise by clicking on one of the two image transformation icons.

However important a part your images will play in the presentation, every presentation will need some text. The Picture Layout drop-down menu lets you specify whether you want one, two or four images with a title. (You can omit the title, though it is unlikely you will wan to do so.) You can also place the title above or below the image.

Next, there is the shape of the image. In the drop-down menu labelled Frame Shape, you can choose rounded rectangle, bevelled, oval, corner tabs, square tabs and plaque tabs. If you don't want anything fancy, just leave the shape set to the default value of rectangle.

Finally, click OK to create the presentation. To finish it off, you just need to click in the title box of each slide and add your text. And that's it, a bona fide PowerPoint presentation automatically created from a bunch of images!

Modified cap weighting involves adjustments to the capitalizations of the various components of the Nasdaq-100 index. The Nasdaq-100 is a modified capitalization weighted index. The NDX contract at the CBOE is based on Nasdaq-100 as is the MNX.

Several Russell Indexes have become benchmarks for specific areas of investment management. Russell 2000 is the well known benchmark for small capitalization sector.
